1. Give Us a Call

Contact us at (866) 949-5060 to speak directly with a our onboarding team. We’ll answer your questions about ABA, your child’s needs, insurance coverage, and anything else you’re wondering about. No pressure — just honest guidance.

2. We'll Help With Insurance

During your call, we’ll gather your insurance details and verify your benefits so you know exactly what’s covered before moving forward.

3. Join Us For a Free Informational Session

Once benefits are confirmed, we’ll schedule a 30-minute virtual or phone consultation to:

    • Introduce you to our team
    • Walk you through how our 20-hour, play-based ABA programs work in the home
    • Explain how insurance reimbursement works for your plan
    • Answer any questions about goals, timelines, or how we individualize therapy

4. Schedule Your Intake Appointment

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule an intake session that includes a parent interview and a skills-based assessment with your child. This allows us to understand their strengths, needs, and the best place to begin.

5. We Build Your Child’s Program

Using everything we learn in the intake, your assigned BCBA will create a personalized treatment plan focused on meaningful, functional goals that fit your child and family.

6. Treatment Plan Approval

It’s important that everyone is on the same page regarding your child’s treatment plan.  Before your first day of services, caregivers will meet with their BCBA to review the learning targets and give approval of the plan.

7. We Begin Services — Together

One of our trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will begin working with your child at home, supported closely by your BCBA. You’ll get regular updates, support, and ongoing collaboration every step of the way.
